KipBoxx was born out of necessity in the aftermath of the Palisades fires. Following the devastation, founder Kipton Cronkite was asked to assist in overseeing the recovery of a luxury estate that had been significantly impacted by the fire. What began as support for art preservation and coordination of fire remediation quickly expanded into a broader operational role — managing vendor teams, guiding restoration efforts, protecting valuable assets, and helping ownership navigate the complex process of rebuilding safely and efficiently.

Through this experience, Kipton recognized a critical gap in the way high-value residential estates are supported during times of crisis and recovery. The need for a centralized, trusted point of oversight — someone who understands not only property operations, but also the stewardship of art, design, and lifestyle infrastructure — became clear.

This realization led to the evolution of his advisory work at ArtStager into what is now KipBoxx: a comprehensive estate management platform built to support ownership through both emergency response and the ongoing operational demands of luxury property management.
